Over his seven-year career in commercial real estate, Bryan began as an accountant at CBRE’s Minneapolis office and after successive promotions was managing a portfolio of eight properties throughout San Diego and Riverside County. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and going on backpacking trips.

He’s responsible for both fiscal and property management in connection with each property. He also maintains good client/tenant/owner relations and conducts regular on-site inspections. Outside of the office, Braden enjoys volunteering as a youth baseball instructor and playing slow-pitch softball.
