Bryan handles the day-to-day financial duties across the portfolio at Intersection. Previously, he was an associate at Kidder Mathews specializing in multifamily investments. Over his seven-year career in commercial real estate, Bryan began as an accountant at CBRE’s Minneapolis office and after successive promotions was managing a portfolio of eight properties throughout San Diego and Riverside County. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and going on backpacking trips.
Alma assists Intersection’s real estate managers with the day-to-day management of client real estate portfolios. She is integral to projects that help ensure the firm’s operations are running smoothly. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alma enjoys the outdoors and is passionate about serving in her community. She also likes traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
Faith brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to Intersection’s Real Estate Services team. She has managed many commercial asset types including industrial, retail, medical office and biotech. In her free time, Faith enjoys cooking, traveling philanthropy and photography.
Braden manages day-to-day operations of properties within the Intersection portfolio, helping to ensure the responsiveness that’s central to our philosophy. He’s responsible for both fiscal and property management in connection with each property. He also maintains good client/tenant/owner relations and conducts regular on-site inspections. Outside of the office, Braden enjoys volunteering as a youth baseball instructor and playing slow-pitch softball.
Orquidia excels at handling day-to-day financial duties for Intersection. Previously, she was the senior accountant at Davlyn Investments, Inc., where she managed a portfolio of nine operating properties and 14 sub-entities. Over the past 10-plus years, Orquidia has run financials for investors, processed year-end financial packets for auditors, and performed technical accounting work. She likes running, hot yoga, and spending time with her family.
Debra’s robust real estate knowledge comes from over 20 years in the industry. Her previous experience includes working as a property administrator where she assisted with the day-to-day management of a 1.5-million-square-foot portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties, before becoming the director of compliance and assuming total responsibility for compliance of policies, procedures, and systems.
